We challenge you to incorporate kombucha into your diet for 30 days straight and observe the difference a small change to your lifestyle can make. This means cutting out drinks like soda, coffee and energy drinks, for the entirety of the challenge. Instead, replace them with one 8 ounce serving of kombucha each day.
